What we handle.

An irrigation system is a season-long relationship, not a one-time install. We cover the whole lifecycle so coverage stays correct year over year.

System Design

Zoning and head layout planned around your actual turf, beds, sun exposure, and water pressure.

Installation

Full installation with proper trenching, manifolds, backflow protection, and a controller you can actually use.

Drip Zones For Beds

Drip tubing through planting beds and containers, which uses far less water than spraying them.

Spring Startup

Charging the system, checking every head, and correcting coverage before the growing season begins.

Fall Winterization

Blowing out the lines before freeze so nothing cracks over a Northland winter.

Repairs & Adjustments

Fixing broken heads, leaks, and dry spots, and re-aiming coverage as plantings fill in and mature.

One zone for the whole yard is why things die.

Turf wants frequent shallow water. Established shrubs want infrequent deep water. Containers want water almost daily. Run all three off one zone and something is always wrong.

Zoning is the entire job.

We design zones around what they actually water — rotors for open turf, spray heads for tighter areas, and drip tubing through planting beds where spraying would waste most of the water and sit on foliage.

Head layout gets planned for real coverage with proper overlap, against your actual water pressure. That is the difference between a system that keeps everything even and one that leaves dry arcs you fight with a hose all summer.

Startup and winterization are not optional here.

A Northland winter will crack anything left holding water. We blow the lines out every fall and recharge the system every spring, checking each head and correcting coverage while we are there.

Because we also maintain landscapes, the same team that installed your plantings knows what they need. If a bed is struggling, adjusting the irrigation is usually the first thing we look at rather than the last.

Take your outdoor space from potential to perfection.
